Daily Lesson In URDU By Hazrat Maulana Yunus Palanpuri (D.B)
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh" (May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be with you).
Maulana in his todays lessons tell us the supplication of Dhun-Nun (Prophet Yunus Peace be upon him) and its rewards mentioned in Hadith as follows
Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Sa’d (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated from his father, from Sa’d (May Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:
“The supplication of Dhun-Nun (Prophet Yunus Peace be upon him) when he supplicated, while in the belly of the whale was: ‘There is none worthy of worship except You, Glory to You, Indeed, I have been of the transgressors. (La Ilaha Illa Anta Subhanaka Inni Kuntu Minaz-Zalimin)’ So indeed, no Muslim man supplicated with it for anything, ever, except Allah responds to him.”

Sa’d Ibne Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) narates: I heard Prophet (ﷺ)Saying: Should I not inform you of Allah’s Greatest Name (Isme Azam) when dua is invoked with it, it is accepted and what is asked for thought it is given? This is the supplication through which Yunus (Peace be upon him) called Allah from within three darkness. This is as under:La ilaha illa anta,Subhanaka,Inni kuntu minaz-zalimin (There is no god but You, You are far exalted and above all weaknesses, and I was indeed the wrongdoer). A man asked: O Rasulullah(ﷺ) , Is this dua special for Yunus (Peace be upon him )or for all the believers? Prophet (ﷺ)said: Have you not heard the words of Allah(in the Quran):”And We delivered Yunus (Peace be upon him) of his distress, thus We grant deliverance to all believers[Quran]”. Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: When any Muslim makes dua with these words during his illness 40 times and then, if he dies of that disease, he is granted the reward of a martyr and if he recovers from that disease, then all his sins are forgiven.

Note : This sinner has a poor command on English language & is not able to exactly write (express) Maulana's Talk. Its just a small effort for my Bro and Sis who are not familiar with Urdu language to give them a summarize details about the lesson and get benefits from Maulana Lessons.
